1. Agreement
By using this website, creating an account or submitting a project booking, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or its services.
2. Services
Services include website design, full-stack web application development, API and backend work, deployment support and related consulting. Every project is scoped individually based on the booking details you provide.
3. Accounts
- You must provide accurate name, mobile number, email and business details.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
- Accounts used for spam, fraud or abusive content may be suspended without notice.
4. Bookings & project scope
A booking submitted through the dashboard is a request, not a confirmed contract. Every booking starts with Pending status and becomes active only after I review it and mark it Approved. Final scope, timeline and price are confirmed in writing before work begins. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately.
5. Payments
- Projects normally start with an advance and settle the balance on delivery.
- Third-party costs (domains, hosting, paid APIs, plugins, stock assets) are billed to you.
- Work may pause if an agreed payment milestone is overdue.
6. Client responsibilities
Timely delivery depends on you supplying content, images, brand assets, access credentials and feedback. Delays in these inputs shift the delivery timeline accordingly.
7. Revisions
Each project includes a reasonable number of revision rounds agreed in the quote. Additional rounds or new requirements are treated as extra work.
8. Intellectual property
You own the delivered source code, design and content once the agreed payment is complete. I retain the right to reuse generic components, libraries and techniques, and to feature the project in my portfolio unless you ask me in writing not to.
9. Third-party services
Projects may rely on third-party platforms for hosting, databases, authentication, analytics or payments. Their availability, pricing and terms are outside my control.
10. Limitation of liability
Services are provided on a best-effort professional basis. I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, data loss caused by third-party platforms, or issues arising from changes made to the delivered work by others. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the project in question.
11. Termination
Either side may end an engagement in writing. You pay for work completed up to that point; any unearned advance is handled per the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
