Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how project cancellations and refunds are handled for custom design and development work.

Last updated: August 2026

1. Custom work

All projects are custom services delivered with time and effort, not off-the-shelf products. Refunds are therefore assessed against the work already completed at the time of cancellation.

2. Cancelling a booking

  • Before approval: a Pending booking can be cancelled any time at no cost — no payment is due until a booking is approved and scope is confirmed.
  • Within 24 hours of approval, before work starts: the advance is refunded in full, minus any payment-gateway charge.
  • After work has started: completed milestones are billable; the remaining unused portion of the advance is refunded.
  • After delivery: the project is considered complete and no refund applies.

3. Non-refundable items

Domains, hosting, paid APIs, licences, plugins, stock media and other third-party costs already purchased for your project are non-refundable, as are fees for work already approved by you.

4. Delays and non-delivery

If I cannot deliver an approved project and no reasonable alternative timeline is agreed, you receive a full refund of amounts paid for undelivered work.

5. Client-side delays

If required content, access or feedback is not provided for 30 days, the project may be paused. Paused projects can be resumed within 90 days; amounts already paid remain valid but are not refundable due to the delay.

6. Requesting a refund

Email professoras12@gmail.com with your booking details and reason. Requests are reviewed within 7 working days and approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-14 working days.

7. Disputes

Concerns are first addressed directly and in good faith. Most issues are resolved with revisions or a partial adjustment rather than cancellation.
