1. Information collected
- Account data: name, email address and mobile number when you sign up.
- Booking data: business name, business details, business category, website type and your project requirements.
- Contact form data: name, email and your message.
- Technical data: basic request information such as IP address and browser type, used for security and abuse prevention.
2. How it is used
Your data is used only to create and secure your account, review and manage your project booking, respond to your enquiries, send project-related updates and protect the site against spam and unauthorised access. It is never sold or rented.
3. Storage & security
Data is stored in a managed cloud database with row-level access rules, so you can only read your own account and bookings. Passwords are hashed by the authentication provider and are never visible to me. Admin access is protected by a server-side password, session expiry and failed-login rate limiting.
4. Sharing
Data is shared only with infrastructure providers required to run the site (hosting, database and authentication, email delivery) and only where legally required. These providers process data on my behalf under their own security commitments.
5. Retention
Account and booking records are kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounting and dispute purposes. Contact messages are kept until the enquiry is resolved and archived thereafter.
6. Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and ask for your account to be closed. Email professoras12@gmail.com and I will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
7. Children
This site is not intended for children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect their personal data.
8. Updates
This policy may be updated as the site changes. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date on this page.
